McLean Farmhouse

5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms

This is one of McLean’s earliest farmhouses built in the 1800’s. Home to a growing family who was looking more room and today’s modern amenities, we were able to renovate the existing structure and keep its historic farmhouse style. This renovation included a new master suite, two car garage, screened in porch, 21st century kitchen and great room. The most challenging part of this project was underpinning the entire rear of the structure to provide the family with a 8′ basement while not disrupting the existing heart pine flooring.
